My name is Brett Cusack and I've been making music since picking up the guitar at 14.
I started with a cheap $100 guitar (that I got from my cousin in 1996) learning songs from the internet, writing horrible love songs for my girlfriends [🫣] and rocking out in my mates garage.

We often get asked if you need to have:
Song ideas: No, inside the Songwriter Accelerator there will be song writing prompts, inspiring ideas and tools to get you started.
Home Studio set-up: No, however the ability to record your own parts (vocals, guitar, productions etc) would be advantageous to you as a songwriter.
Beginner songwriter do I need more experience: No, however course this isn’t for beginner songwriters who are also beginner musicians (intermediate lyricist will still find this useful and valuable).
